Surveys are an excellent way to understand your website visitors; Previously, we would need to Email these out to customers, and hope that they respond, this is a valid way to gather feedback - however, response rates tend to be extremely low.
To help combat this we've built in-app Notifications, that you can trigger based specifically on the users behaviour.
For example, we can trigger this when a user spends 5 minutes on one page asking "What is the user stuck with?" or perhaps using Exit Intent, when a user goes to abandon during your checkout flow you could ask for some feedback (example below)
